WAREHILL EQUESTRIAN CENTRE SHOW RULES

The organisers & land owners will not hold themselves responsible for any accident or injury to owners, riders, spectators, horse, pony or any other person, property or vehicle whatsoever or howsoever cause. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers & land owners against any legal action from any such incident.
The decision of the judge is final.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or to refuse entry.
Complaints or objections must be made in writing to the organisers within 30 minutes of the incident accompanied by £5, which will be refunded if the objection is sustained.
Hats to BS EN1384 or PAS015 must be worn at all times when mounted.
Correct footwear and jackets must be worn.
Excessive use of whips &/or spurs will result in elimination.
Galloping or cantering will not be permitted outside the arenas.
Horses & ponies must be 4 years old or over to compete in any class.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Please take your litter home & don’t muck your vehicles out on the showground.
Please DO NOT feed hay outside of vehicles.
No more than 6 competitors to use the warm up arena at the same time.
Please jump the warm up fence the correct way, red flag on your right hand side.
Horses/ponies competing in the Warehill walk trot or Warehill walk, trot canter dressage tests can compete in their normal tack.
Failure to ring for your dressage times will be deemed as a withdrawal & the place may be given to someone else.
Dressage & show jumping Championship points are gained by pony/horse & rider combinations.
First aid will be provided at a charge of £2 per competitor.

Classes 3, 4 & 5 at the dressage shows are run under British Dressage rules.
All classes at the show jumping shows are run under BSJA rules.
No refunds will be given or classes carried over after entry closing dates.
Please do not ask as refusal can offend.
